After end of day on Friday, activities will pause temporarily so HFB can implement a more effective process to provide furniture essentials to affected families. HFB has provided essential furniture to nearly 1,000 Houston-area families as part of our storm recovery efforts to date, giving thousands of pieces of furniture to help in their rebuilding efforts. We will resume serving the first 70 families on Tuesday 9/26/2017. Please bring appropriate vehicles and tie downs. Thank you, Houston. Houston Furniture Bank will also shut down distributions during inclement weather.

Players, one of Houston’s oldest and largest resident theater companies, will perform “Harvey,” a mainstage show running September 15 to October 1, 2017 with a portion of ticket sales to benefit Houston Furniture Bank: A.D. Players is offering free tickets for first responders and those impacted by the floods. Please call the Box Office at 713-526-5721 to reserve your tickets. A.D. Players will donate 20% of all ticket sales to local recovery efforts, half of which will benefit Houston Furniture Bank.
