Items that no longer have meaning to you can mean the world to a child, family, or individual in need. Every year we distribute thousands of furniture items and household goods to those in need, by accepting item donations. Donate your quality, gently used furniture and household goods that you no longer need or use and furnish a home with hope.

  • Bed frames of all sizes and materials
  • Chest of drawers and dressers
  • Night stands
  • Reading lamps
  • Regular lamps
  • Vanities
  • Couches
  • Love seats
  • Living room chairs and recliners
  • Coffee and end tables
  • Small entertainment centers
  • Sofa tables
  • Hallway drawers
  • Kitchen table and chairs
  • Dining table and chairs
  • Dishes
  • Pots and pans
  • Small display cases and cabinets
  • Rugs

• We will not take items that have the following conditions:

  • Tears
  • Deep cuts and scratches
  • Stains that are not suppose to be there
  • Holes
  • Missing parts
  • Fire damage
  • Water damage
  • Pet dander or fur
  • “Home repairs”

• Furniture Donation Form

  Please note the following:

  • Home Pickup Fee Please note that Houston Furniture Bank requests a $50 donation (per visit) to pick up your donated furniture at your home or place of business.
  • If you would like to make a furniture donation please fill out the contact form below as well as email service@houstonfurniturebank.org and include pictures of the items you wish to donate. We will call you within three (3) business days. Thank you for your interest in donating to HFB.
  • Large Donations For large donations, contact us at service@houstonfurniturebank.org.
